It's been a while since our last blog post. When you have a baby and you're not already used to blogging it becomes impossible. Oh well. On to more important issues, Jack is getting a lot bigger. We may not be able to see it right away but he has moved up in diaper sizes and clothes sizes. Also equally exciting, he has slept through the night for two nights in a row. I won't say that he is officially sleeping through the night because I don't want to jinx it but it's been nice getting more sleep. He also is smiling a little and sometimes you can tell he wants to talk but he just doesn't know what to do with his mouth yet. He is making a couple of noises and sometimes when he cries he makes an "Ohhh" noise which is kind of funny and he is holding his head up more on his own. I can't believe he will be two months old on August 4. It doesn't seem like we have been at this for two months but we can't wait to see him grow up even more.

Sweet, sweet boy!

Jack is now one month old and getting bigger every day. We have shared so many special moments already. Jack is starting to stay awake longer after he eats which makes for a very happy mood and a playful baby. He has the most beautiful (I'm a little biased) smile that makes our hearts melt every time. I'm convinced he thinks his mommy is hilarious. It's such a special feeling to see him react to Kris and I. We are definitely sleepy but are loving our lives, and more importantly LOVING our precious baby boy.
